Michael Hilb is chair of the Board Foundation, founder of DBP Group, and a member of the boards of directors of several companies. He is a titular professor at the University of Fribourg and teaches strategy, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance at several universities in Asia and Europe. He is vice-chair of the Foundation for Value Creation and serves on the advisory boards of several organizations, including the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) and the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa).
Previously, Michael Hilb held senior leadership positions at Holcim, Roland Berger, and DKSH, where he led group strategy and built with his team a leading, profitable digital business across Asia. He studied business at the University of Michigan, the Stockholm School of Economics, and the University of St. Gallen, where he obtained an MSc and PhD. Michael Hilb was a visiting fellow at INSEAD and Harvard University.
