Vijaya is amongst the pioneers in advising the social sector to scale and collaborate across stakeholders. In the past, she has served as an advisory member for India@75 and a knowledge lead for the Better World Initiative as part of the team that incubated the program. She is currently an evaluator for the Echoing Green Fellowship and serves on the board of a few non-profit organizations.
In her role as the CEO of Social Lens, she has transformed the landscape in capacity strengthening by conceptualizing capacity-strengthening programs and coaching 350+ NPOs in the areas of organizational development. She has developed and designed organizational diagnostic and impact measurement tools that enable non-profit organizations and support donors in directing their efforts towards improved efficiency and impact.
