Nesrin Karaoğlu Otuzoğlu graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Landscape Architecture.
After graduation, she worked in the Netherlands with Ton Van Den Oever and Brabantplant B.V. She worked in their company for 1.5 years.
With her wife Yasin Otuzoğlu in 1994 KARAOĞLU PEYZAJ MİMARLIK MÜH.TİC. A.Ş. was established in 2002 as 3K CONSTRUCTION IC AND FOREIGN TRADE LTD. STI. and established ADAPLANT Fidanlık A.Ş. in 2004.
Karaoğlu Landscape has become an important brand in the sector by performing structural and vegetative landscaping applications, erosion control and nature restoration works and garden maintenance, and European Business Awards Turkey Champion, International Green Roof Association (IGRA) best practitioner award, as well as 2018 In 2018, it was one of the winners of the Best Managed Companies program by Deloitte Private and was included in the “100 fastest growing companies in Turkey” determined by the cooperation of TOBB and TEPAV in 2019. In addition, on the 114th anniversary of Rotary, she was deemed worthy of the “Occupational Achievement Award” given to the 2430th District Businessmen.
Between 2004-2008, she was a member of the Assembly at ATO and a member of the executive board of TOBB women entrepreneurs. She was a member of the Chamber of Landscape Architects Honorary Board, TUGIAD Board of Directors between 2013 and 2015, and a Board Member of KAGIDER between 2017-2019. She is an active member of TMMOB High Honor Board, EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), ANGİKAD, TUGIAD, ELCA, Chamber of Landscape Architects, Darüşşafaka Society, Rizeliler Association.
Currently Karaoğlu Peyzaj A.Ş Chairman of the Board, Ada Plant A.Ş. She is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors of 3K İnşaat ve Girişim Türk A.Ş.
