Maksudur Rahman has been working for Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) as the Chief Executive since 2010. He is the founder of BEDS with a long working experience on environment and development sectors. More than 50 projects have been implemented under his leadership on Environment and Ecosystem; Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation; Clean/Solar Energy; Livelihoods; Wildlife Conservation and Protection; Health and Sanitation; Women and Child Rights and Gender Development with the local people. Maksudur has published more than 10 books and several articles.
