Johanna Zeilstra had a successful career in strategy and finance at JPMorgan Chase and PWC before becoming a social entrepreneur. After her MBA, she helped implement Canada’s pay equity legislation and later founded GIVE BACK which launched on Oprah. She helped launch Signature Leaders to expedite women to the C-Suite of F500 companies. In 2015, she launched the women’s debate in the US. A Dutch national, she is on the board of Women Business Collaborative and involved in UNPFA’s effort to create a new standard.
