In his field, Mr. Ghulam Abass Khoso is one of the most senior and experienced practitioners in Pakistan with more than sixteen years’ experience in the field of Community Development, Inclusive and Humanitarian Response (Health & Nutrition, Food Security & Livelihood, Non Food Items & Shelter, WASH, Tourism and culture promotion, Peace ambassador, Human Rights Defender, Youth Development) with the association of national/ international organizations. He has managed many projects (Community development, humanitarian response and relief, rehabilitation, preparedness) with more than half million direct beneficiaries throughout the country in different disasters. As team lead, he has been engaged in rapid need and damaged assessments, MIRA, capacity building of different stakeholders, planning, coordination and resource management. He is capable of dealing with harsh environmental conditions, stress management and sustaining team motivation. He is appreciated by his employers for his commitment, sense of duty, absorbing stress and is outcome-focused.
