MBA from ESSEC Business School, and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from IE in Spain.18 years of professional experience in multinational and family-owned companies from different sectors such as Automotive, Construction and Retail. Most of her career was done in Marketing, Sales and Communication areas before leading the Corporate Social Responsibility department in Lafarge Ecuador, later to become Unacem. In this last company she was a member of the Board of Directors, where she held the position of Communications and CSR Director for 4 years. She was also President of the “Red por un Ecuador Libre de Trabajo Infantil” working with the private and public sector to prevent and eradicate Child Labor in Ecuador. She is currently a member of the board of directors of the B Corporation Organization in Ecuador and Romp Global.
In 2019, she decided to leave the corporate world with a dream: create and manage the first impact investment fund in Ecuador: CREAS ECUADOR (Capital Responsable para el Emprendimiento Ambiental y Social) to support environmental and social entrepreneurs in her country. In almost five years of operations she has made 9 investments supporting incredible entrepreneurs that are solving social or environmental issues in Ecuador.
