Creas Ecuador is committed to implementing a gender lens investing policy, and wants to promote equity among companies of its portfolio. For every company in the portfolio Creas wants to make sure that there is at least one woman on the Board.

Activities & Initiatives

Creas Ecuador will promote the creation of a Board in every company of their portfolio and make sure there is at least one woman on each Board by the end of 2024.

Measures & Targets

Creas Ecuador will measure progess by tracking the % of companies in the portfolio that have at least one female board member.
