Anthony “Tito” L. Fernandez has over 30 years of business and management experience. He first joined First Balfour in June 1995 as a Business Development executive and was later on appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2007.
His earlier career included senior roles at Mitsubishi Corporation, Metro Container Corporation, and MCCI Corporation. Tito currently serves as a Director of Therma Prime Well Services, MHE Demag (Philippines), and Philippine Domestic Construction Board. He was also appointed as the President of the Philippine Constructors Association Foundation (PCAF) in 2019. He previously held office as President of Philippine Constructors Association Inc. (PCA) in 2008 to 2009 and Philconstruct Events, Exhibitions, and Conferences Corp. (PEECC) in 2016 to 2018.
Tito holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University and has completed executive programs at the Asian Institute of Management and IMD.
