VOSA Income Inequality Solutions

We offer unique and profound systemic workplace solutions based on our "JHC" (Job-Human-Company) framework of evaluating, recognizing, and rewarding the true economic value of all employees. Our solutions fit perfectly with the new Pay Equity, Pay Transparency, and Human Capital disclosure requirements, come with optional Certifications for public awareness and a significant boost to public image and employer branding, and include: - Value Of Service Award (VOSA) - our flagship "Loyalty Premium" add-on compensation plan and company namesake, designed as a highly effective employee retention and engagement tool, which may be profit-linked for added financial agility. VOSA helps companies close the Employee Recognition and Participation gaps inherent in most compensation systems and do so in a highly profitable way. We believe widespread adoption of the “Value of Service Award” is vital to solving the Income Inequality Crisis and Workplace Crises. - Meritocratic Pay Equity – our most comprehensive “fair compensation” solution, helping companies optimize and standardize their compensation structures, completely removing inequities from their salaries and minimizing inequities in their performance bonuses and other rewards. Our solution not only helps companies comply with the new EU’s Pay Equity and Pay Transparency law, US Pay Transparency Laws, and upcoming ESRS Human Capital disclosures but also allows companies to lead the way in using VOSA’s smart Pay Equity and Pay Transparency solutions as a unique competitive advantage. - Layoff Alternatives Pledge – a unique way for companies to rebuild employer-employee trust by adopting a transparent and economically justified approach to potential layoff decisions, avoiding damages to culture, morale, innovation, and productivity while still achieving desired compensation cost reductions.

Purpose

VOSA Mission: To accelerate the world’s transition to a state of sustainable, inclusive growth, and shared prosperity, built on the basis of fairly recognizing and rewarding the full enterprise and societal value of employees’ loyalty, character, knowledge, skills, experience, and commitment to high-quality, productive service.
