SkillLab is the founding technical partner leading the Just Skills Hub, convened with the support of the UN High Level Champions. The Hub provides meaningful career guidance to people, while establishing a data ecosystem that enables employers and governments to realize inclusive and equitable workforce transitions to a green economy.

Activities & Initiatives

SkillLab and the Just Skills Hub solution makes meaningful, personalized career guidance and labor market information available at scale to connect people with career pathways. We support job seekers, students and workers by offering a digital tool that recognizes people’ skills and prior learning and provides access to career guidance that is relevant to the individual transition scenario. SkillLab works with governments, employment services, employers and trade unions to create pathways to employment, encourage lifelong learning and ensure that all people can access opportunities that fit their skills and ambitions.

Measures & Targets

SkillLab and the Just Skills Hub will measure progress by tracking the amount of people that create their skill profile and connect with education and jobs with the goal of 1.000.000 workers.
