As the Director of the Just Skills Hub and a Partner at SkillLab, Simon is passionate about supporting people in their work and life transitions. Before joining SkillLab, Simon was at EY and the Center for Transatlantic Relations at Johns Hopkins and co-founded two social businesses.
SkillLab is the founding technical partner leading the Just Skills Hub, convened with the support of the UN High Level Champions. The Hub provides meaningful career guidance to people, while establishing a data ecosystem that enables employers and governments to realize inclusive and equitable workforce transitions to a green economy.
