Grai Matter provides technology-enabled capabilities and services to healthcare and life sciences organizations to support their transitions to AI-driven transformation. These capabilities and services include: (1) Data Development (e.g., data de-identification, structuring of unstructured data, including physician notes) (2) Modeling and Learning (e.g., continuously learning digital twins of patients, organizations, and systems), (3) Continuous Structured Experimentation (so that the client learns and adapts as data and circumstances evolve), (4) Market Surveillance (e.g., helping clients stay abreast of and adapt to the external environment, and (5) Ecosystem Management (helping organizations collaborate and share data).

Purpose

To help healthcare and life sciences organizations apply AI with humanity, effectiveness and integrity; to enable humankind to live more functional, happy lives, to live with dignity; and to make the health system more productive, more responsive and personalized, and more equitable.

Summary

Grai Matter will use science and technology to integrate and elevate health and social care to the most underserved populations, increasing access, engagement, integration, personalization, and utilization, and thereby improving outcomes and value, and will produce a 2024 plan to achieve these goals by December 31, 2023.

Activities & Initiatives

In the 2024 plan, Grai Matter will identify the specific target population(s), geographic market(s), initial partner(s), and outcomes to be achieved in the commitment. Key measures will consist of a handful of standard health and well being metrics, including mortality and life expectancy, addiction rates, mental health rates, employment, education, etc. Intermediate measures will include access to and utilization of services, and engagement of the target population.
