Dubuque Harm Reduction | Council for Inclusive Capitalism

In order to reduce overdose deaths and reduce the spread of Hepatitis C and HIV, our program provides safe sex and safer injection supplies to at-risk populations such as IV drug users and sex workers in our mid-sized industrial city and the surrounding rural areas. We also connect participants in our program with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs and counseling and services like housing assistance and local shelters for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
