Development Communications Network (DEVCOM-Pakistan) is Pakistan’s premier communication sector consulting and think tank that is registered with Islamabad Capital Territory under Societies Act XXI/1860. Established in 2003 by a group of development communications experts and media professionals, the organization was registered in May 2005. DEVCOM-Pakistan aims at bridging the information, knowledge and communication-capacity gap among various sectors of Pakistan to foster sustainable development. The major sectors we work in are Environment and Sustainable Development, Climate Change, Gender Empowerment and Mainstreaming, Cultural Heritage and Folklore, Health Education, Legal Literacy and Advocacy, and geopolitical affairs. We network different stakeholders on shared vision and values to work together to achieve development goals by providing customized solutions through participatory mechanisms.
