Alexandra is the CEO and Co-Founder of Re:Coded, a social and economic mobility platform for underserved talent. In this role, she has helped build a diverse global team and culture, architect world-class experiences, and raised more than $10M+ in partnerships and funds with organizations including Zoom, Bloomberg, Salesforce, Flatiron School, the U.S. State Department and the German Government. She has also the honor of having her work broadcast across major networks and publications such as CNN, Vogue, TechCrunch and BBC.

Prior to Re:Coded, Alexandra worked at the intersection of humanitarian advocacy, innovation and law, working for organizations ranging from New York University to the UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, Human Rights Watch and the NSW Department of Public Prosecutions. Ali holds a Masters in International Affairs from New York University and a Law Degree from the Australian National University. She was named the winner of the Women in Tech Global Award in 2021, NYU’s Changemaker of the Year in 2021 and the Australian National University’s Alumni of the Year in 2020.
