As part of our mission we seek to transform the way we collaborate, developing relationships from a place of generosity and transparency, and uplifting one another to service our communities. We are committed to inclusion and do not charge a membership for participating organizations supporting womans' economic empowerment, thereby democratizing visibility through our virtual showcases, opening up possibilities to help lift our causes in the world. We facilitate spaces that foster collective learnings and build capacity around social impact, giving people the opportunity to reflect and learn as a collective and in community. To further foster these collective learnings, our podcast Voces Detras la Organización (Voices Behind the Organization) amplifies the voices of teams that contribute to social impact and provide an opportunity for those who listen to learn, connect, and collaborate on initiatives and projects! To support this community building work, we help organizations design social impact initiatives, strengthen social impact models, build socially conscious cultures, and support women capacity building.

Alignment with Guiding Principles
At the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, we invite companies of all sizes, industries, and geographies to champion our Guiding Principles for Inclusive Action and demonstrate how they contribute to meaningful change. To ensure alignment with our principles, our members are assessed by at least one reporting body, sustainability-related certificate, benchmark, rating agency or similar organization.
