toolbox INDIA Foundation is a registered Section 8 nonprofit in India that works as a catalyst to provide capacity strengthening support to non-profit organizations through its portfolio of highly skilled volunteers. Over the last 10 years, toolbox INDIA has been constantly refining its practices to address challenges and seeking to bridge the skills gap between the social and corporate sectors. Our Flagship Programs 1. The Value Circle: Designed to enable grassroot nonprofit organizations towards strengthening their sustainable capacity for driving social investments. The program aims to do this by improving communication for fundraising, building online visibility through unified communication strategy, digital enablement through website upskilling, and leadership development through peer exchange learning forums.
  • The Why: Strengthening foundational capabilities to address internal unpreparedness, lack of effective communication & fund mobilization skills
  • The Who: Sector Agnostic Grassroot NGOs Operating Pan India with Predetermined Criteria
  • The What: Institutional Capacity Strengthening to equip, enable and stabilize NPOs to create and sustain impact
  • The How: Hybrid model of knowledge dissemination & capacity strengthening through pro-bono support by skilled volunteers, advisors and industry experts

Flagship Volunteer Programs: Support nonprofits in short term capacity strengthening by leveraging the skills and expertise of skilled volunteers for the not-for-profit world through technology-based, structured, committed and collaborative efforts. Our philosophy of supporting Social Impact Organizations through pro-bono support extends beyond our skilled volunteering projects to "The Learning Corridor" an open access knowledge sharing platform which hosts learning tools, guidelines, and articles which serves as transformative peer learning forum for non-profits to addressing their organization's most pressing needs.  

Purpose

Giving capital to an organization does not necessarily mean that that capital finds its way in the most efficient manner to create maximum impact to the final beneficiary. Toolbox INDIA foundation was founded to serve as an intermediary platform matching volunteers’ expertise to capacity building needs of non-profits, and support organizations in the definition of their objectives and optimizing their existing resources.
