Their key objectives are the agility of providing access to payment in installments, offering a variety of products and providing the customer with an incredible experience all around.

Tienda Amiga will measure its success at the end of 2024 by setting targets for women in leadership positions from middle management upwards and implementing a program to prepare and train high-performing and high-potential female employees to be ready to take on new challenges.
