Sunrise Treatment Center

Sunrise is a voluntary and comprehensive outpatient treatment program. We are well-equipped to provide safe, effective, evidence-based care to meet the treatment needs of the majority of adults struggling with substance use disorders (i.e. alcohol and other drugs). Our compassionate team of both clinical and medical professionals has decades of experience in the field that enable them to tailor treatment plans to best address the specific challenges of every individual. By working together with the patient, treatment plans are created with specific and measurable goals that act as a road map for recovery. As that is not always a straight path, Sunrise maintains referral relationships to best support the individual when their treatment needs exceed the level of care that we provide.

Purpose

We offer services for different levels of care ranging from non-intensive outpatient care, to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), to our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). We offer PHP with supportive housing at our Portsmouth and West Union locations.

We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. These commitments are forward-looking statements based on current goals, expectations and assumptions, which are not guarantees of future performance. Summary

Sunrise Treatment Center is committed to fostering a Recovery Friendly Workplace by establishing a plan to implement recovery friendly employment policies by September 1st, 2024 .

Activities & Initiatives

Sunrise will work with state and local members of the Recovery Friendly Workplace movement to plan out significant company policy improvements and changes that will improve the experience of employees in recovery. Local organizations like Recovery Friendly Hamilton County, and state-run organizations like Recovery Ohio will be engaged in a meaningful way to create policies that foster a supportive environment for those in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse. Our goal is to create a framework for other like-minded businesses to change their company policies in a way that benefits the 8.3% of adults in the U.S. who are in recovery.

Measures & Targets

Sunrise will conduct a policy review of all relevant human resources related policies by February 1st, 2024. We will analyze all relevant policies disseminated by local and state organizations concerned with fostering recovery friendly workplaces. A concrete plan for policy revisions will be complete no later than September 1st, 2024.
