An Evidence Narrative on Climate Change and Nutritious Foods
Climate change is the biggest global health threat of the 21st century, deepening already alarming rates of global malnutrition. This Evidence Review summarizes how climate change is affecting the production and availability of nutritious foods, as well as the evidence-based solutions that can mitigate emissions while protecting human health.
