Summary

ScaleGood Fund LP will promote diversity and inclusion by encouraging its portfolio companies to promote/hire more women in senior management roles to the measure of 50% or more in the senior management role, by 2025.

Activities & Initiatives

We will actively measure the number of women in senior management roles and provide guidance on why this helps companies be better. By actively measuring and reporting on performance, it will be apparent that having more women in senior management roles = a more successful company.

ScaleGood Fund LP will measure progress by tracking the percent of women in senior management positions with a goal of reaching 50%.
