Novella Center for Entrepreneurship by Conscious Venture Lab

The Novella Center for Entrepreneurship ("NCE") by Conscious Venture Lab, Inc. has been formed to create and administer training programs to teach entrepreneurs,early-stage founders, and CEOs the tenets of Stakeholder Theory and Conscious Capitalism®, showing them how managing a business for all of its stakeholders creates both societal and financial value.

By mentoring and supporting founders with big ideas that others have overlooked or neglected, NCE will help create pathways to generational wealth and improved societal outcomes.

NCE’s principal goal is to reach and support historically underfunded leaders through customized content, immersive support, and technology-driven platforms tailored to the stage of the company. NCE will focus on training new executives, creating individualized programming, and developing potential investment paths to assist accelerator participants as they build and manage businesses that create both social and financial value.

Purpose

Our mission is to mentor and support diverse founders that others neglect for the wrong reasons and help them create successful businesses and pathways to generational wealth. By doing so, we hope to create a more just, joyous, equitable, sustainable, and profitable society for all.

We create partnerships and programming to train entrepreneurs on how to build companies that matter! We show founders how managing business for all their stakeholders creates both societal and financial value.
