North American Properties (NAP) develops, manages, and invests in real estate. NAP’s projects include multifamily and student housing, mixed-use, retail and grocery-anchored shopping centers, hotels and offices, and condominium developments across the U.S. While Real Estate is the core of NAP, more recently, NAP has diversified and invested in portfolio companies to build strong businesses that include Eleeo Brands, Nehemiah Manufacturing Co., Skyline Chili, Inc., and the Cincinnati Reds. NAP makes meaningful investments so communities can thrive. We have done it with stability, strength, and a strong investment in our people since 1954.

Alignment with Guiding Principles
At the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, we invite companies of all sizes, industries, and geographies to champion our Guiding Principles for Inclusive Action and demonstrate how they contribute to meaningful change. To ensure alignment with our principles, our members are assessed by at least one reporting body, sustainability-related certificate, benchmark, rating agency or similar organization.
