Summary

LVS will promote diversity and gender equality by investing in companies developing a diverse group of talent with a minimum of 20% of the employees of different ethnicities and a 30% increase in women as senior management by 2024.

Objectives

We aim to be the ambassador in diversity and gender equality in Asia by helping our clients adopt and set the best global practices in hiring and promoting race and gender equality in their senior management. We will be looking to invest in those companies in Asia, especially China, with internal policies aligning with international standards. We will focus our work on educating companies and their development on retaining and training diverse talents and recognizing the importance of women at work.

Metrics & Targets

Our goal is to have hardcode investment guidelines by 2024 for 100% of the companies we invest in and consult with. By 2024 we will only aim to support the companies with clean and transparent policies to hire people of different ethnicities and support women at work. Our target is to invest in only companies with a strong track record in developing a diverse group of talent. We will target a minimum of 20% of the employees of different ethnicities and a 30% increase in women as senior management.
