Invicta
Invicta is a platform that enables refugees to undergo skills training and find sustainable work in accordance with their field of expertise. Invicta also solves the skills gap amongst refugees by helping them learn in-demand, 21st century workforce skills. Our solution takes into consideration the current economic climate. Today, more than ever, companies and employees have been forced to embrace remote work as the new norm. Remote work is a billion-dollar industry on its own and doesn’t require job seekers to have a work permit. Our solution is one that allows societies around the world to experience greater equality, positive youth development and a substantial reduction in the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training. As we navigate in a technology-driven world, we feel it is incumbent upon us to use technology innovatively and sustainably. Investing in refugees today will generate significant economic dividends within the next 5-10 years.

Purpose

Our purpose is to achieve faster economic growth and poverty reduction, ensuring millions of marginalized and economically disadvantaged refugees have equal opportunities to secure fair wage jobs.
