Summary

Inspired Companies will reach at least 5000 business leaders our message and challenge to become stakeholder centric, purpose driven companies by the end of 2024.

Activities & Initiatives

Leadership Empowerment: Our objective is to challenge > 5,000 leaders to become an Inspired Company and, as a result, align their businesses with the principles of Inclusive Capitalism. We will leverage proven methodologies and frameworks to support the creation of tangible strategies and execution plans.

Measures & Targets

Inspired Companies will track the number of highly engaged business leaders influenced by the awareness created by Inspired Companies' education and leadership engagement model with an aim to reach 5,000 high-quality leaders a year by 2024.

Summary

Inspired companies will guide at least 3-5 companies to set their corporate compass (Purpose and Values) in a way that benefits all stakeholders by the end of 2024.

Activities & Initiatives

Values Integration: We will encourage our clients to meaningfully integrate Inclusive Capitalism principles and pillars into their core values.

Measures & Targets

Inspired Companies will measure progress by tracking the number of companies that we successfully help with crafting their purpose statement (stakeholder centric) with a goal of at least 3-5 companies a year. We will support clients to invest in tangible measurement frameworks in alignment with the principles of Inclusive Capitalism. The metrics will encompass impact on Clients/Customers, Employees, and the environment.
