Relevant to the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, we have formed a partnership with the Mandela Family (House of Mandela) to create Mandela Media. A multi-media expression of Nelson Mandela’s vision for future generations, Mandela Media's goal is to educate and empower communities to work towards Social justice through the transformation of human conduct.

Summary

DMA United has partnered with the Mandela family to create Mandela Media. Amongst other activities, Mandela Media on an ongoing basis will provide best-in-class inclusive guidelines to assist corporations in conducting business that is both economically sound while advancing opportunities and equality for all.

Activities & Initiatives

Mandela Media will guide, validate and accredit organizations initially in the area of second chance employment for those who have been previously incarcerated. The program will grow to include: Gender and race equality in the work force; LGTBQ awareness and inclusive policies; Religious acceptance and observance; Equal opportunity for those with health conditions or impairments; Maternal care and support and; Advancement possibilities for the under educated.

Measures & Targets

We will measure success by continually growing towards being the standard bearer for socially conscious corporate governance. The first phase is to guide, validate and accredit organizations in the area of second chance employment, this will be completed by the end of 2024.
