Summary

Culture4Good is committed to inspire at least 50 executive leaders to engage their stakeholders, resolve burning business/team issues together, improve corporate governance, and eventually transforming the company towards a sustainable culture by January 1st, 2025.

Activities & Initiatives

For individual leaders, a series of executive coaching sessions will be conducted with SMART goals. Whereas for management teams, a series of workshops will be conducted with immediate next steps after each session. These journey output can ensure executives and companies their commitment towards culture transformation can be well-documented.

Measures & Targets

Culture4Good will measure success by keeping track on the number of positive reviews submitted for the company’s public Google Business Profile.
