To be able to make the platform services adaptable, CIRKEL will measure psychological safety and other indicators impacting the development of communities, inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Inner Development Goals framework.
CIRKEL will measure impacts by establishing processes of psychological safety and/or additional indicator assessments and therefore adapt and improve the relevant processes within the different CIRKEL communities. Our Goal is to sustainably increase the level of psychological safety as the main catalyst to foster and support goals achievement, innovation, and engagement in each CIRKEL.
