Summary

C-Gate Consulting Group will commit to guiding senior leaders through change and uncertainty prompted by innovation, transformation, and pivotal global occurrences fostering an environment of equity, inclusivity, diversity, and optimizing multi-generational- and cultural workforces.

Activities & Initiatives

Through 1x1 executive coaching programs, leadership consulting engagements and workshops, C-Gate Consulting Group will develop senior leadership teams to foster an inclusive and psychological safe work environments while building high-performing teams. This work will impact the organization overall, teams and individuals with a focus on helping people through times of change and disruption. C-Gate Consulting Group is also looking to partner with other industry associations, membership groups and NGOs comprised of executives and senior leaders.

Measures & Targets

C-Gate Consulting Group will measure success through requesting testimonals and collecting success stories. By 2025, the goal is to provide an average of 7 hours of training for every senior leader participating in C-Gate programming.
