Summary

By 2028, Altais has set a goal to achieve patient satisfaction as measured by a '30' Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Activities & Initiatives

Altais, is an industry leader and champion of value-based care transformation. We design and implement insightful solutions and guide organizations through the process with a goal of increasing equitable access to, and the quality of, health care. By 2028, Altais will serve over 1.25M patients through supplementing and bolstering primary care physicians with care delivery and management programs. Altais will support primary care physicians and their patients with critical assessments and complex care management through the development and execution of four new programs focusing on:

1) Increased access to care

2) Assessment completions

3) Patient satisfaction

Measures & Targets

As a part of these goals, by 2028, Altais aims to achieve patient satisfaction as measured by a '30' Net Promoter Score (NPS), meeting or exceeding industry benchmarks.

Summary

By 2028, 75% of Altais' patients will have completed annual assessments to determine health status and needs, meeting or exceeding industry benchmarks.

As a part of this larger goal, by 2029, Altais will meet or exceed industry benchmarks aiming to have a 75% completion rate for patients to have completed annual assessments to determine health status and needs.
