Md. Moniruzzaman was the elected Steering Committee Member and Regional Representative of WSSCC from South Asia 2009-2011 and has been playing a vital role in WASH Program. As Representative of ENO-Finland in Bangladesh. He discharges the responsibilities of the elected Chairman of Bangladesh Climate Change Network in Southern Part of Bangladesh.

He has extensive practical work experience in co-ordination, training, planning, monitoring and evaluation, budgeting and financial management of different projects and also extensive field-experience. He also has a proven track record in leading and managing institutional development programs, and is equipped with the perspectives and competencies for fundraising and donor relations, regional and international linkages. He possesses a strong understanding of organizational development and has familiarity with local strategies for poverty eradication and social changes.

Md. Moniruzzaman has built purposeful institutional relationships with civil society, academic institutions, government and business organizations. He cultivates relationships which enable him to be more influential in the policy arena and foster an environment which promotes learning in relationship building. He is well versed in planning and mobilizing resources in association with local partners and a global international team, preparing strategic plans to achieve the targets, and developing innovative project ideas and organizational networks among partner organizations.
