Summary
HTIR will promote equal economic opportunity by coaching, guiding, and, in some cases, providing early-stage capital to at least 20 companies by the year 2023. At least half of these companies should be run by women and/or underrepresented founders.
Activities & Initiatives
To provide high-level strategy and analysis to companies and founders to help achieve fair valuation and the full growth potential of their business by working hand-in-glove with CEOs and founders to create actionable strategies. HTIR strives to “be of service” rather than “sell a service”, working to inform people rather than sell to people. In conjunction with this goal, HTIR looks to provide its services to Women and Minority-owned and led businesses that historically have had less access to capital with the end goal of broadening access to funding to grow their business and create jobs.
HTIR looks to educate people on financial literacy and the many diversified avenues for capital raising in the public and private markets, part of which will be done through an educational course that provides founders and existing businesses with the information needed to take the next steps in their capital raising journey.
