Vaughn Sayers is the Chief of Staff for the Council for Inclusive Capitalism. In this role, he builds relationships with new and existing Council members, cultivating a community of global leaders dedicated to creating a more inclusive and sustainable economic system.
Before joining the Council, Vaughn served as the Program Coordinator for the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Social Impact Strategy (CSIS), expanding access to the tools, training, and resources for social impact to leaders worldwide. Prior to CSIS, Vaughn worked in a variety roles cutting across the social sector empowering others through mentorship and education. Passionate about poverty eradication, social mobility, and civic engagement, he also serves as a Global Shaper in the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
Vaughn received his Master’s in Nonprofit/NGO Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
