Pascal Rathle is an Engagement & Outreach Associate for the Council for Inclusive Capitalism. In this role, he builds relationships with new and existing Council members, cultivating a community of global leaders dedicated to creating a more inclusive and sustainable economic system.
Rathle is a 2023 USA Delegate to the G20 Youth Summit in India serving as the Future of Work Delegate. He has been selected as a Shafik Gabr Fellow, USGLC Next Generation Member, CSPC Presidential Fellow researcher, European Forum Alpbach Scholarship holder, AEI Leadership Network Millennial, Caravan for Democracy Fellow, Salzburg Global Fellow, and has presented to former United Nations Secretary-General, Ban Ki-Moon on two occasions.
Prior to the Council, Pascal served in City Year AmeriCorps, worked in the executive branch in local government, and founded two civic social organizations, including the nonprofit, Jacksonville Global Shapers Hub. Rathle received a Master in Law and an MS in Social Policy from University of Pennsylvania, while working as a graduate teaching assistant for two Professors. He was recruited for a futbol trial in the Bundesliga and is a former NCAA DI student-athlete at Jacksonville University. Pascal is a fluent French speaker, eldest of four, son of an immigrant, and is an aspiring poet.
