Pascal Rathle

Engagement & Outreach Associate

Pascal Rathle is the Engagement & Outreach Associate for the Council for Inclusive Capitalism. In this role, he builds relationships with new and existing Council members, cultivating a community of global leaders dedicated to creating a more inclusive and sustainable economic system.

Pascal is a Founding Curator and Deputy Community Champion (SE-USA) of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community. He additionally founded a nonprofit to amplify youth civic engagements and the Neurolaw Society at the University Pennsylvania. Pascal is a Climate Project Reality Leader, Salzburg Global Fellow, AEI Millennial Leadership Network Fellow, and formerly a CSPC Presidential Fellow, European Forum Alpbach Delegate, Ronald Reagan Fellow, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Bundesliga trialist.

Prior to joining the Council, he served as a City Year AmeriCorps member delivering educational instruction at the intersection of racial, cultural and community needs and worked as a Policy Assistant in the City of Jacksonville Office of the Mayor.

He holds an ML from Penn Carey Law School, MS Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, Executive Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, and was a NCAA Division I soccer player.
