Brian Harper is Senior Advisor to the CEO for the Council for Inclusive Capitalism. He cultivates and maintains strategic relationships with external stakeholders and leads and manages projects and strategic initiatives to further the Council’s mission of building a more inclusive, sustainable, and trusted economic system.
Before joining the Council, Brian worked in communications with Eurasia Group, the leading geopolitical risk consulting firm, where he managed the organization’s website and social media accounts and worked on a range of events and thought leadership projects. Brian has also done research and communications work focused on European integration with the Council on Foreign Relations as well as Latin American politics with Americas Society and Council of the Americas. He previously served on the communications team with the Midwest Jesuits, did community outreach work with a footwear company, and spent 18 months teaching at a Peruvian high school with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Marquette University and a master’s degree from Fordham University’s Graduate Program in International Political Economy and Development.
