We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. Summary

WishKnish Corp is addressing sustainable ecommerce and equity being grown in historically disenfranchised communities through partnering with local stakeholders by January 2024.

Activities & Initiatives

The COVID-19 crisis has exposed the profound vulnerability of small local businesses, and the fragile support systems that exist to keep them alive in a time of crisis. The problem is further exacerbated by large global retailers like Amazon and Walmart taking a substantial chunk of the now-homebound customer base. As a result, over half of small businesses that have shuttered during the economic slowdown may be gone forever, and over 40% of black-owned businesses are not expected to survive the downturn.

The solution lies in hyperlocality: by supporting local spending, roughly 68% of money spent continues to circulate locally, boosting business profits, tax revenues, and overall economic survivability. Knish.Kits allows local businesses to easily and rapidly deploy their products and services for sale to the community, organized under the umbrella of federated, regional business collectives and take advantage of a shared consumer base incentivized to spend locally and support their local neighborhood businesses.

Meanwhile, consumers register secure, anonymous accounts and share only the bare minimum information with the stores necessary to fulfill their orders. This helps ensure a strong focus on consumer privacy and optional HIPAA compliance, while still allowing for long-term trust to be built through purchasing activities and interactions with the merchants.

Measures & Targets

WishKnish Corp will track number of employees in small business, shortening of the supply chain and the increase in tax revenues in local communities.

Activities & Initiatives

The COVID-19 crisis has exposed the profound vulnerability of small local businesses, and the fragile support systems that exist to keep

them alive in a time of crisis. The problem is further exacerbated by large global retailers like Amazon and Walmart taking a substantial

chunk of the now-homebound customer base.

As a result, over half of small businesses that have shuttered during the economic slowdown may be gone forever, and over 40% of

black-owned businesses are not expected to survive the downturn.

The solution lies in hyperlocality: by supporting local spending, roughly 68% of money spent continues to circulate locally, boosting business

profits, tax revenues, and overall economic survivability.

Knish.Kits allows local businesses to easily and rapidly deploy their products and services for sale to the community, organized under the

umbrella of federated, regional business collectives and take advantage of a shared consumer base incentivized to spend locally and

support their local neighborhood businesses.

Meanwhile, consumers register secure, anonymous accounts and share only the bare minimum information with the stores necessary to

fulfill their orders. This helps ensure a strong focus on consumer privacy and optional HIPAA compliance, while still allowing for long-term

trust to be built through purchasing activities and interactions with the merchants.
