TRANS-CONSULT (TC) is an international consulting firm that provides advisory services specifically in the area of sustainable mobility with a focus on public transport, active mobility and new mobility services. Established in Hong Kong in 2009, TCL operates globally.

Purpose

Trans-Consult’s clients range from Government institutes, Transportation Operators, Investment and development banks, industry association and consulting firms. With this experience, TCL has acquired strong knowledge base and networks in the industry. We have contributed in cities’ transportation development with public institutions to design policy and monitoring mechanism including performance based and continuously improving system to enhance efficiency and quality of service of urban mobility.

Activities & Initiatives

Trans-consult's recruitment policies clearly encourage women candidate to apply. We have policies to provide a dignified work space where no form of discrimination or harassment is tolerated. We regularly work with industry leaders and influencers to sensitise employees on the importance of diversity, inclusion and equality.

Measures & Targets

Trans-Consult will measure progress by tracking the percent of women in its workforce with a goal of reaching 50%.

Summary

Trans-Consult actively works towards reducing consumption and creating waste. We will consume 80% less paper and plastic by 2025 as compared to a 2017 baseline.

Activities & Initiatives

Trans-consult procures goods, as far as practicable, from sources that declare the environmental committments or use recycled material. We provide training programs to our staff and partners on reduction of environmental footprint and waste reduction. We also have a monitoring mechanism.
