TowerBrook commits to providing, through the TowerBrook Foundation, USD 1 million of funding in total by the end of 2023. This funding will be provided to organizations committed to fighting against systemic racism, inequity, and injustice, where TowerBrook can partner in a meaningful way through our volunteer time and multi-year funding, with such funding to be split between the US and UK.

TowerBrook commits to promoting best practices in ESG standards, reporting, and transparency across our portfolio of investments, and is committed to reporting on ESG metrics annually.

Measures & Targets

From 2021, TowerBrook commits to surveying 100% of our controlled portfolio companies and using best efforts to survey 100% of our other investments annually on practices and metrics relating to people, planet, and partnership, and to reporting on our key findings publicly. TowerBrook commits to furthering industry collaboration through active participation in PE industry working groups focused around ESG best practices in the US and the UK.

TowerBrook commits to increasing the diversity of our portfolio company boards through implementing a policy of at least one diverse board member on the boards of all controlled portfolio companies acquired from 2021.

TowerBrook commits to sharing our Diversity and Inclusion expectations and values with our portfolio company board chairs, and ensuring that the boards of all our controlled portfolio companies acquired since 2021 have at least one diverse member.

TowerBrook commits to increasing the diversity of our material suppliers by measuring by end of 2021 our vendors’ diversity of ownership, leadership, and team representation, and setting goals for increasing procurement spend with diverse vendors.
