Alignment with Guiding Principles

At the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, we invite companies of all sizes, industries, and geographies to champion our Guiding Principles for Inclusive Action and demonstrate how they contribute to meaningful change. To ensure alignment with our principles, our members are assessed by at least one reporting body, sustainability-related certificate, benchmark, rating agency or similar organization.

We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. Summary

The Wisdom Company commits to showing 30 owners and executives how to grow their companies at an environmentally and socially sustainable rate through the application of a wisdom-based methodology by June 8, 2022.

Activities & Initiatives

This is to be accomplished via an online e-learning platform and through the certification of business consultants.

Measures & Targets

This objective will be achieved by June 8, 2022, thirty owners and executives will have experienced and implemented the programs in their companies, and 20 advisors will have been trained to become Certified Wisdom Consultants.

Summary

The Wisdom Company will apply wisdom to the establishment of stakeholder capitalism in 4 medium size companies which results in the enhancement of the value of people that contributes to increasing the value of the companies by May 2022.

Activities & Initiatives

This is to be accomplished through a three stage, company-wide implementation model. The Implementation Program is a well–designed, logical, step-by-step action plan consisting of three phases. Phase one focuses on introduction and initiation of the integrative principles with executives and team leaders. The emphasis in phase two is on advanced training and growth. Phase three concentrates on consolidation and self–sustainment of the new balanced model for doing business throughout the organization.

Measures & Targets

Progress in the transformation throughout organizations will be constantly evaluated. The installation of the new people friendly based business paradigm will occur in 4 companies by May 2022.
