The Dawn Chorus Group | Council for Inclusive Capitalism

The Dawn Chorus Group is a community-based research and evaluation firm based in the United States. We work at the intersection of public health, implementation science, and evaluation by using the tools and logic of research methods to improve community conditions in the places where people live and work. We use emerging technologies to help people better engage with data and implement evidence-based programs with quality.

Purpose

There are many good ideas out there. But not all of these get into practice or scale to other communities. Dawn Chorus is a progressive research and evaluation firm that uses robust methodology to help people reach outcomes. We want projects to succeed, and set up data and learning systems to help people achieve outcomes for health and wellbeing (broadly defined).

Summary

The Dawn Chorus Group is committed to improving community-based innovation toward social innovation by tracking and enhancing the readiness of organizations to adopt and implement evidence-based and evidence-informed ideas by January 1, 2023.

Activities & Initiatives

In order to build readiness in community and organization, we plan to continue to synthesize publicly available data around community-based conditions, connect these with current research on best practices and policy, then work to disseminate these in easily digestible and understandable work plans.

Measures & Targets

Dawn Chorus will measure success by the number of organizations that are able to adopt new evidence-based and evidence-informed practices using implementation guidance provided by Dawn Chorus. We will continually track and update this as part of our ongoing reporting processes.
