Temelio is a grant management software company that seamlessly integrates into foundation operations, making it easy to manage the grantmaking process from beginning to end. Temelio works with foundations to simplify reporting, streamline processes for foundations to make a lasting impact. This unique software enables foundations to build relationships with grantees and easily distribute and track their funds. Temelio aims to reduce the waste of thousands of dollars on data migration, onboarding, and consultants.

Temelio is committed to addressing gender equality by having 50% of women in its workforce by the end of 2023

Activities & Initiatives

We currently capture demographic data for all hires, and we will be intentional about recruiting staff that are women of color. This means posting jobs and looking at different hiring services with diverse talent pools.

Measures & Targets

Temelio will measure progress by tracking the percent of women in its workforce with a goal of reaching 50%.

In tech, only 26% of jobs are held by women. For women of color, this number is significantly lower which is why our
commitment is focused on combating this inequity.
