Sustainacy
Sustainacy is a B2B platform that uses the power of behavioral science and data-driven analytics, to encourage the process of co-creating sustainable transformation initiatives and enhances employee participation in company policies. We aim to add overall value to employee engagement strategies and sustainable corporate culture. Most companies recognize the importance of sustainability, and many do the talk but do not walk the walk. No wonder, because sustainability transformations are extremely complex and need to be approached from different sides simultaneously. It is a great challenge to identify the optimal path for one's own company. Currently, sustainability decisions in companies are still made top-down. As a result, the large potential of ideas from employees is not taken into account and information asymmetries lead to impracticable interventions.  To support companies in identifying their optimal strategy, Sustainacy takes a two-pronged approach:
  • Managers receive tailored recommendations based on the employees’ behavior, attitudes, ideas, etc., and external data for implementable actions that really fit their individual company structures. Moreover, communication is facilitated and their sustainability endeavors are made transparent.
  • Employees, on the other hand, are rewarded for their sustainable behavior, and connecting with peers is facilitated.
This holistic approach allows to design optimal interventions that make sustainable behavior easy & attractive-  the two core features necessary for behavioral change.  In this way, a sustainable corporate culture which goes beyond focusing solely on carbon reduction is created leading to higher employee satisfaction, attraction of new talents and most notably higher sustainability standards!

Purpose

Creating a sustainable corporate culture which goes beyond focusing solely on carbon reduction to increase employee satisfaction, attract new talents and especially achieve higher sustainability standards.

We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. These commitments are forward-looking statements based on current goals, expectations and assumptions, which are not guarantees of future performance.
