Summary

SumatoSoft commits to providing free and high-quality technical education for people regardless of their religion, gender, and financial conditions. In 2022, we will train 15 students and offer them paid internships in the company.

Activities & Initiatives

The concept of equal opportunities and non-discrimination principles are of high value for us, so we run programming courses that are absolutely free for everyone. By taking these courses, everyone can develop all the necessary skills to find a decent job. However, knowledge is best acquired through experience, that’s why we also offer paid internships to those people, who successfully finish the course.

Measures & Targets

Launch free programming courses that will be supervised by a high-skilled practicing specialist. The courses will be available for students regardless of their religion, gender, and financial conditions. In 2022, we will train 15 students and offer them paid internships in the company, thus helping them to acquire professional skills and get practical experience for their future lives.

Summary

SumatoSoft commits to promoting flexible working arrangements and encourage our employees to work remotely. We plan to maintain remote work culture and keep the remote work rate not less than 90% of the total working hours in 2022.

Activities & Initiatives

It’s essential to limit the number of unnecessary contacts with other people to stop the coronavirus spread. When the pandemic broke out in 2020, a lot of digital businesses had to adopt remote work to keep their employees safe. As a company, we are committed to the employees’ health and safety by implementing modern communication technologies, adjusting all business processes to remote work, and encouraging employees to work from home.

Measures & Targets

SumatoSoft successfully switched to the remote work model and plan to make it a long-term strategy, maintaining the rate of remote employment by about 90% in 2022. We also plan to implement a hybrid work model after the pandemic ends where employees can work either from home or office.
