Smith+Co (Iberia) was founded in 2017.  We believed then, as we do now, that customer advocacy and loyalty are created through defining a customer experience that is aligned to a brand's purpose and what it stands for. Over the last 4 years years we've helped companies to create clarity around their brand purpose and how to translate this into an experience that differentiates the brand and wins customer loyalty. We are now revamping our operations to develop our activities in 2021 after a slower path than desired during the pandemic.

Smith+Co (UK) has recently joined forces with The Caffeine Partnership to deliver purpose-led strategy, customer experience and employee engagement.

Our Purpose as a company is to deliver purpose-led Strategy, customer experience, and employee engagement as Smith+Co (UK). On that process  our commitment of non-discrimination policy (internal and external) drives our relationship and influence with  customers.

Summary

Smith+Co (Iberia) will promote diversity in the workplace by committing to gender parity in the workplace by 2025, and promoting the best people for roles regardless of gender, race, religion, or sexuality.

Objectives

Promote employee diversity and inclusion within the enterprise through global diversity and inclusion strategies.

Metrics & Targets

By the end of 2025, the company will have 50% men and 50% women working without discrimination on race, religious credo, or sexual orientation.

No mandatory questions will be asked on recruiting or any other internal survey regarding religious credo, political convictions, or sexual orientation. The company will not control or use any systematic metrics for these topics with respect to privacy.

People will be encouraged to talk and communicate to top management regarding any discrimination. The target is zero claims by 2025.
