Our Purpose as a company is to deliver purpose-led Strategy, customer experience, and employee engagement as Smith+Co (UK). On that process our commitment of non-discrimination policy (internal and external) drives our relationship and influence with customers.
By the end of 2025, the company will have 50% men and 50% women working without discrimination on race, religious credo, or sexual orientation.
No mandatory questions will be asked on recruiting or any other internal survey regarding religious credo, political convictions, or sexual orientation. The company will not control or use any systematic metrics for these topics with respect to privacy.
People will be encouraged to talk and communicate to top management regarding any discrimination. The target is zero claims by 2025.
