ReGenerate Trust is a charity set up to make purpose-driven business the new normal. It is focused on two pillars of activity: Through a systems lens, by helping the legal, policy and investment landscape to fully understand and support a purpose-driven approach. Through an issues lens, making it easier for companies to understand, collaborate on and play a full part in tackling specific social and environmental problems that are relevant to the sustainability of their business, and that they are passionate about making an impact on. ReGenerate takes a radically collaborative approach to both goals, bringing together the best of the public and private sectors through facilitation, research and relational networks that engage senior leaders from across government, investment, third sector and business. Issues covered by our programmes to-date include a just energy transition, connecting labour shortages with opportunities for those marginalised from work, and the cost of living crisis.
