Purposeful Strategies is a values-centric consultancy founded on the principle that business can be a force for good and that customers are more loyal to brands that are aligned with their values. We have seen firsthand the societal and market benefits that result when consumers have a sense of shared values with a company with which they do business. By examining a deeper set of core beliefs, both at the company and the customer level, organizations can discover these shared values, and then tap into them to strengthen their relationships with customers. Summary

Purposeful Strategies consultancy teams will have gender and racial balance by the end of 2022.

Activities & Initiatives

Each consultancy team that Purposeful Strategies creates will have both a diverse gender and racial balance.

Measures & Targets

Purposeful Strategies will seek to have at least one (1) female team lead and at least one-two (1-2) team leads from diverse, underrepresented groups in each of its consultancy teams for client accounts throughout the year 2022, and will seek to achieve this fully by the end of 2022.
