Purpose

With the transcendent purpose of “Building together the country where we all want to live”, we aspire to get the regional leadership of the cement industry.

We aspire to be regional leaders in the cement, construction materials and lime industry, with a strong position in the market, accompanied by an attractive and sustained profitability, which allows us to generate and distribute value to all our stakeholders.

The four pillars that support this strategy and consider the triple value account (economic, social and environmental dimensions) of sustainable development, are:

Favorite Provider: It refers to our relationships with stakeholders such as shareholders, business partners, customers and suppliers.

Preferred Employer: Frame the actions and relationships with our employees.

Environmental Leader: It describes how we manage our impacts on ecosystems and their effects on people, institutions, organizations and communities.

Responsible Citizen: It refers to our commitments and actions to protect our social license and our policy of building trust and alliances that generate prosperity in the communities where we operate.
