Pro Mujer Inc

Pro Mujer is a mission-driven social enterprise advancing gender equality in Latin America. Our innovative programs in financial inclusion, impact investing, entrepreneurship, and health are developed first and foremost with a women-centered, impact-driven approach. For over 31 years, Pro Mujer has been committed to positively impacting the lives of Latin American women. With more than $4.4 billion invested to date, 10 million health services provided, and more than 100,000 women entrepreneurs trained, Pro Mujer is driving women's economic empowerment, fueling economies, and transforming the region. Our footprint spans Latin America through local programs, service delivery, digital initiatives, partnerships, and investments.

Pro Mujer sees women as formidable agents of positive change and recognizes their creative potential to generate value and prosperity in their own families, communities, and economies as a whole.

Our imperative is to continuously identify and provide solutions based on a deep understanding of our client's needs, preferences, and behaviors. We focus particularly on those women facing the most discrimination with the least resources and support.

Purpose

To empower underserved women to realize their full potential.

We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. These commitments are forward-looking statements based on current goals, expectations and assumptions, which are not guarantees of future performance.
